Diane Kolb
Her first book, A STAR TO GUIDE ME: A Journey at Sea (Xlibris, 2001), a young-adult novel, received a five-star review on Amazon.com. Her work has appeared twice on the children's pages of Cat Fancy, as well as featured articles in other magazines. She also coauthored 125 BIBLE PUZZLES FOR KIDS AGES 6-8 (Standard Publishing, 2000). Her short story, "One Last Good-bye," appears in HAUNTED EXPERIENCES (Atriad Press, 2003). MY FATHER IS A CLOWN (PublishAmerica,2003), her newest historical fiction novel, is being considered for the Keystone State Reading Book Award.
Ms. Kolb is an active member of The Society of Children's Book Writers and Illustrators and appears frequently in schools and organizations with her many puppets, encouraging children to write.
