HOW TO JOIN

AMERICA WRITES FOR KIDS! is a project of the Drury University School of Education and Child Development, supported by the Springfield-Greene County Libraries (MO) and the Library System of Lancaster County (PA). Its goal is to promote literacy and creativity by introducing young readers, parents, teachers, and librarians to the work of "real, live" children's authors. Please see MISSOURI WRITES FOR KIDS! for a short history of this project.

All children's authors currently living in the United States are invited to join AMERICA WRITES FOR KIDS! Please submit your webpage URL to us at the address below for consideration. We ask only that your Web site be entirely devoted to your work for young readers and that you provide a reciprocal link. We link only to the Web pages of individual authors, not to publishing companies.
